Popcorn – the universal snack when watching movies or your favorite TV show, or even with a beer or two. But for one art student in Germany, he used popcorn as a means of expression for his artwork.
Lucas Danehnl covered a 1983 Volkswagen Golf in popcorn for his project at the Brauncschweig University of Art. Danehnl was able to accomplish his work in roughly a year by using an air-heating machine that enabled him to stick the popcorn onto the car.
What is the reason behind Danehnl’s creation? According to him, the 1983 Golf signified his generation while the popcorn itself meant beautiful and fun memories with his family and friends.
What do you think of this delicious Golf? Weird? Or is it tastefully done? Share your comments below.
